Hello Comms. Kefalas, Pogue and Warren-Gully and Director O’Hayre,

About a week ago, I met with Speaker McCluskie to brief her on CCAT priorities. During that meeting she asked if I could arrange for her to talk with a small group of commissioners about legislation passed in the past few years that represent significant unfunded mandates, and also about the challenges ahead with implementation of OBBBA.

We agreed that you three commissioners and Director O’Hayre should be the small group. She very much wants confidentiality in order to speak candidly. I think she is trying to navigate how to provide relief to counties.

Please look at the dates below and let me know your availability within the times listed. Call me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks for your patience. Speaker has been OOO for about a week and a half, so we've been slow to nail down her calendar. She has the following availability:

• 10/22 - 9-11am; 3:30-5pm
• 10/23 - 11:30am-3:00pm
• 10/24 - 9:30am-1:00pm
