Elevate to Executive Mindset is a hands-on Colorado Manufacturing Network leadership development program hosted by Manufacturer's Edge and the Warehouse Business Accelerator in June 2026.
This invitation-only cohort program is designed for rising leaders in manufacturing who are stepping into more strategic, organization-wide roles.
Through four immersive sessions, participants will strengthen executive-level communication, decision-making, financial fluency, and risk management skills
while learning how to think beyond their department and lead with a broader business perspective.
Built specifically for managers, directors, and VPs in manufacturing companies with 25–250 employees, the program combines practical learning, peer collaboration, and real-world business simulations to help participants grow into confident, strategic leaders who can drive sustainable business growth. |

Starting July 1, 2025, Colorado companies can apply for the Skill Advance Colorado First and Existing Industry Job Training Grants. These grants can provide up to $3,800 per learner for workforce training for both new hires and current employees. Jointly administered by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade and the Colorado Community College System, these grants support workforce training for both new hires and current employees. Businesses interested in applying for funding work directly with a local college representative, who assists with eligibility determination, training needs assessment, and grant application development. Training topics are customized to the individual business needs. Areas may include continuous improvement and quality, essential skills, leadership and management, manufacturing and computer/business skills. |

The State of Colorado offers free online educational business courses to support the lifecycle of Colorado small business owners. Our courses are organized into four business lifecycle pathways. Each pathway consists of courses to elevate your skills and knowledge in planning, launching, growing, and exiting your small business. Throughout each pathway, small business owners will have the opportunity to connect with their local Colorado Small Business Development Center to schedule free, confidential, 1:1 business advising. |

Colorado Startup Loan Fund |

The Colorado Startup Loan Fund provides loan capital to mission-based lenders to provide loans to Colorado entrepreneurs and small business owners needing capital to start, restart, or restructure a business, and those who are not able to obtain a loan from traditional lenders. This is a revolving loan fund, meaning the dollars will be used to continue supporting new entrepreneurs as loans are repaid. |
