WHAT
Early this Saturday morning, UKG will be shutting down our site to implement the UKG Pro 2023 Spring Release.  No part of our UKG Pro environment will be available during this update -- you will not be able to access your timesheet to enter your hours or to view your pay statements, etc.  This update is expected to take up to 6 hours.

WHEN
From 12:00 AM through 6:00 AM on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

IMPACT
All functionality will be restored once the update is complete.  Human Resources will send out a follow-up email once UKG has notified us that our site is back up.

The most important change is something you may not see right away, perhaps not at all if you only use Okta to get into UKG.
If you work with or supervise employees without County email addresses, please share!
When your UKG password expires or is reset, you will need to expand your new password to a minimum of 15 characters.  New hires and rehires will need to start with the longer password when they first log in.

As you meet each requirement, it will fade to gray.  When all requirements are gray, the "OK" button will turn blue.

Once you're on the UKG Home page, you'll see that it's changed a bit.  Below is a typical screen for an employee who has no direct reports.  Those will appear in a "My team" list below "My shortcuts."
