Good morning, Loveland.

The National Weather Service is reporting a partly sunny Thursday with a high near 93 and a 50% chance of afternoon rain. The day will be breezy with wind gusts as high as 25 mph in the afternoon and overnight, according to the website.

The Berthoud Fire Protection District is looking to increase impact fees to keep up with its financial demands, and the All-American Car Show is cruising into town.

Also, Larimer County's Canyon Edge Open Space, which will open to the public after Chimney Hollow, is up for a People's Choice award; you can vote online for your favorite out of 14 statewide projects funded in part by Colorado Lottery money. Read about those and more below.
