200 W. Oak - Signage Repair/Replacement Update

Good afternoon,

The signage replacement project is getting closer to completion. Below is an approximate timeline for the final pieces that need to be completed.

Floor 4:

• April 28:  New room signs installation

Floor 5:

• April 29 - May 9:  Room sign removal, wall patch/paint
• May 12 - 16:  New room sign installation

Floors 1 - 5:

• April 29 - May 9:  Suite sign removal, wall patch/paint
• May 12 - 16:  New suite sign installation

As a reminder, this schedule is somewhat fluid depending on the extent of patching and painting needed (each area varies). We want to allow adequate time for the paint to cure so we do not run into adhesive issues.
