I find it horrible that you allow this clear breach of the Colorado clearly air act and clear risk to the health of the staff, the public and others.
I have discussed this with the staff there and they tell me that since they are outside city limits that smoking is legal.

I came to listen to music on Sunday - the music was great but I had to leave because of the smoking. I asked the bar-keep and he said that since you are outside city limits smoking is legal. I see that your website mentions a smoking area too.
Please explain how you get around the CCIAA. Thanks in advance.
I wonder if you are confused and operating on the basis of the old Fort Collins ban.
To me, the smoke ruined a great experience.

Please feel free to report it to whom you deem necessary. It seems as if our little Honky Tonk doesn’t meet your standard so feel free to see live music elsewhere.
