We’re reaching out with the reminders for the MAP Dashboard transition from SharePoint to Tableau. 

 

Go Live Date! MAP Dashboard in Tableau will 'go live' on Monday, December 5, 2022.

  • What does this mean? It means you can access your MAP Dashboards through the same portal in which you access your CSTAT Dashboards!

 

MAP Dashboard Tableau Users Walk Through Meeting Tuesday, December 6th at 3pm for a walk through meeting. 

  • A meeting invite was sent to all County and Eligibility Site Directors and Secondary Directors. If you missed the invite, here are the details for 3pm December 6th: 

 

Good to know: The MAP Dashboards will continue to be available on SharePoint for 3 months. 

 

How to Request Tableau Access


  1. For Existing Tableau users: If you are an existing Tableau user for CSTAT, login to Tableau with your my-cdhs.state.co.us account username and password. You should have access to the MAP Dashboard from the landing page (starting December 5th).

    1. Here is the link to Tableau: https://tableau.private.state.co.us/#/site/CDHSHCPFPerformancePortal/views/MAPDashboard/Landing

  2. For New Tableau users: If you are unable to log in at the above link, please complete the County Relations webform. Be sure to select Ticket Type = MAP Dashboard Tableau Access/Issues. 

    1. In your webform ticket, please tell us you're a new user and your county/eligibility site. 

    2. We will work with OIT to get you a username, password and instructions for your first login. 

  3. Good news! CDHS will provide Tableau licenses, at no cost to counties and eligibility sites.  

    1. For you to keep more than five MAP Dashboard Tableau users active, those staff must be logging into Tableau every ninety days or the user name is deactivated and future access can’t be guaranteed. 

    2. Best Practice: Be sure you and your staff assigned to monitoring MAP Dashboards are logging in monthly to review your MAP data. 

  4. Monthly MAP Dashboard emails will continue to be sent to County Commissioners and county directors. (County Commissioners should have access to Tableau if they would like to check their county data more frequently.)
