Dear Larimer County Commissioners,

I reached out via email in late August regarding the community I live in. We are needing some intervention of some kind. As I mentioned in the email (see below), things are a mess and it is next to impossible to move this community forward to deal with road maintenance and other common areas because the developer of the subdivision did not follow through in annexing all the lots on the plat into the HOA. Please help! Can we somehow discuss our case with the BoCC and get some direction?

Hi Jody,

Let me forward your email to our Director of Planning to see if she has any suggestions. I will say it is hard for us to come up with a solution if the neighbors are not in alignment, but I will ask.
