Canyons Community Resource Group - Future Meeting

Good morning All!

I hope that you are well and enjoying this freakishly nice fall weather!

I apologize for allowing the CCR meetings to go on the wayside, but it seems that it’s been a crazy summer for everyone. I am reaching out to see if we should hold a meeting before the holidays (maybe meet Saturday after Commissioner Kefalas’ community conversation or on Veterans day) or wait and regroup after the holidays. We definitely need to recruit a few more volunteers and start working on community programs!

Also, I was looking in to the community room at the new firehouse and it appears that they do not allow food in any of the community rooms. So, if we were planning on having meetings/presentations where food is part of the program, we will need to find another place for this. Maybe the Sanderosa Art Gallery could accommodate this?? For smaller meetings we can always reserve the back room at Me Oh My.

Let me know what you think about the next meeting time and places to meet.

I will likely be attending the Community Conversation at Me Oh My on Saturday (8:30-10:00 am) so perhaps I will see you then.

Hey all,

I have the crud so I will not be at the community conversation today.

As I will be out of town Nov 24-Dec 16, I think I will wait to hold a CCRG meeting in early January to start the ball rolling on adding volunteers and programs.
