Minimum Requirements to Apply

Proven Past Commitment: Has worked in the Colorado water sector for a minimum of three years. Proven Future Commitment: Possesses ambition to continue to help grow and advance the water sector in Colorado by providing leadership and expertise. Proven "Sphere of Influence:" Currently leads teams, projects, committees, or has demonstrated other meaningful areas of influence on Colorado's water sector.

Attendance: Full attendance is required. In 2025, sessions will be held in Silverthorne (April 24-25), Redstone (June 26-27), Salida (Aug. 28-29), and Denver (Oct. 23-24), with virtual sessions on May 15, July 24, and Sept. 25. Tuition: The program fee is $4,975, covering training, assessments, coaching, materials, and meals. Lodging and transportation are not included. Scholarships: Limited, competitive partial scholarships are available based on need and merit; complete the application’s scholarship section to apply.
