Dear Commissioner Kefalas,

As one of our regional VIPs, Veterans Plaza of Northern Colorado would like to invite you to attend its 2026 Official Memorial Day Ceremony on Sunday, May 24, from 12 noon – 1:30 p.m.

In honor of Americas 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, we will be honoring American Revolution veterans this year. The formal ceremony includes raising of the colors, prayer, keynote speaker, inspirational observances, soil ceremony and Taps. This is an annual ceremony, and the public is invited to attend.

We ask that VIPs check in at the podium on the Plaza, located in Spring Canyon Community Park (next to the dog park) at 2626 W. Horsetooth Road in Fort Collins. VIPs will be seated on the stage.

Please RSVP to Mary Zenzen at maryz...@frii.com or 970-310-8751.

With gratitude,

Mary Zenzen
