I hope this message finds you well. As we work together to serve the residents of Northern Colorado, I wanted to brief you on important news about Banner Health's strategic transformation plan that will impact health care delivery in our region.
Banner Health is implementing the next phase of our multi-year investment strategy, driven by our commitment to Northern Colorado's rapidly growing communities. This transformation is based on community need and our 10-year strategic plan to modernize health care delivery.
Key changes taking effect Nov. 5, 2025:
Banner McKee Medical Center in Loveland will transition to become a remote specialty hospital of Banner North Colorado Medical Center, creating the new Banner North Colorado Medical Center, Loveland campus.
The transformed campus will focus on:
· Inpatient and outpatient surgical services
· Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center services
· Cardiac catheterization lab and cardiac rehabilitation
· Interventional radiology
· Mammography by Banner Imaging
· Specialty care clinics, including Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center

This summer's acquisition of Village Medical's Northern Colorado primary care network, adding 200 employees, demonstrates our commitment to growing comprehensive care in the region. We've also recruited nationally recognized specialists from institutions like Johns Hopkins, Harvard, and Cleveland Clinic to lead our clinical programs. We're providing comprehensive transition assistance to all affected employees, including priority consideration for positions throughout our organization, career counseling and support services. Banner employs more than 3,000 people in Northern Colorado, with opportunities across our nearly 60,000-person system, including more than 50 open positions right here in Northern Colorado.
