Good morning - 

Please see the attached email and map from Heather McDowell, project manager on the City of Fort Collins Stormwater project.  The map shows the continued impact on downtown parking and traffic and tentative dates on this work are in January, 2025.  I'll share more as we receive additional details.  Thanks and enjoy your week!

Hi Ken, I realized after seeing the concrete demolition at the Howes/Oak intersection today that I should have alerted Larimer County folks about this work sooner, since it impedes some of the pathways in which people walk to and from the building. Please take a look at the diagram so you can see how we plan to stage the streetscape work in the Howes/Oak intersection. These dates are still a bit tentative in January, but wanted to get this in front of you and LC staff anyway. Please let me know if there are questions. Thanks!
