Hi Eric - 

Yes to #1 -- for all on this thread. 

As for #2, this party is for the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners and staff who work closely with those two boards - not to be confused with the "all boards" dinners that have been held in the past.  With that information, it may not make sense to include Katie J, but she's welcome if she would like to attend.
