Thanks Laurie, I'll pass it along to Jerry, Ron, and their team.

As for the fence move, we will be moving it in the coming weeks... late last summer, we told Mr Rogers we would be moving the fence, and we did not get it done.  There is quite a story with this situation, but long story short, the fence has been located well within the r/w, and fenced us away from the outlet of a cross-culvert. It's our understanding that the fence is where Mr & Mrs Rogers agreed and/or requested it to be when the original project was performed by Engineering.
