Dear all,

This news came as a surprise to the leadership at Front Range Community College (FRCC), as we were not previously made aware of these changes.
We immediately began our discovery process to better understand the situation. Attached, please find an executive summary of our findings. This document includes background information, details on the impacted programs, a timeline of when the information was received, and proposed next steps. Key highlights include:
- Background on FRCC's partnership with TLS and the significance of this collaboration.
- Impacted programs and courses, specifically ESL and GED classes at the Larimer Campus (and potentially the Boulder County Campus (BCC) – we’re continuing to assess BCC).
- Timeline of notifications and communications regarding the defunding.
- Non-impacted programs and courses, ensuring clarity on what will continue without interruption.
Our team will plan additional discussions to identify potential solutions that will support our mission and address the needs of our students and community. We will continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available.
