We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming open house for the Fort Collins location of Colorado Health Network on July 17th from 4-6pm. Come and meet our dedicated team, learn more about our programs including case management for people living with HIV, behavioral health, HIV/Hepatitis C/STI testing, and syringe access services. There will be refreshments, networking opportunities, and a chance to learn about Colorado Health Network’s mission to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other health conditions through prevention, care, and advocacy.
