Prospect Energy's (PE) ~10/31/23 spill

Hi everyone,

     You're probably aware of the ~10/31/23 PE spill but if not I thought you'd certainly want to  know.

     I believe it's way past time this operator no longer is able to pollute & poison people, wildlife & our community!  Thanks,  Tim
