Thank you, John. I appreciate the response and Dylan's information.

But that's not what I was really looking for... i'm not second guessing your job, I'm just letting you know, from a residence's perspective, I think these projects are being verily poorly done. They work one day. They don't work another day. And I know they're working at other reservoirs, but these contracts were apparently very poorly written as far as getting the work done at each location in a timely manner. This is dragging on way beyond what a project of the scope should be.  That's what I was suggesting you guys look into and provide some oversight of, although it's too late now.

Good morning Steve,

Thank you for your due diligence on this matter, and I see that Jody has provided a more detailed response from Daylan Figgs and our recent work session discussion. I hope this information addresses your concerns, as well as those of your neighbors and the folks who recreate at Horsetooth and Carter Lakes. Have a good day.

Hi Commissioner. I emailed you at bocc.org, and I noticed it hasn't been delivered to you so I will try again. You might want to ask for a briefing on the.Reservoir projects... these projects have dragged on for months, and no work was done over a very mild winter. Instead, inconveniencing the recreating public during the summer, it seems these projects are multi year projects that are being managed very poorly. I'm hearing a lot of complaints from residents and reservoir users. Signage on trail closures has not been adequate and neighbors, and users are very upset at how this projects are being done.
