New Loveland mayor, councilors; ex-cop found guilty

Good morning Loveland.

The National Weather Service says we can expect a high of 32 degrees today and a chance of 1 to 2 inches of snow. 

In news, we've got a look at the changing of the guard for Loveland City Council, and the guilty verdict in the trial of ex-Loveland police officer Dylan Miller for violating the civil rights of a teenage girl, whom he sexually assaulted while on duty in August of 2023.
