New SigBee Release Coming Soon!

Exciting things are happening at SigBee! Based on your feedback, we have two new releases happening next week (Monday evening, 7/17). There are a few things you will need to do to make sure you can continue using SigBee each day to check-in.

 

Actions you may need to take based on your phone settings: 

1. An update of the app is REQUIRED.
2. You will be REQUIRED to log into the app again.
3. If you don’t remember your app password, go ahead, and reset it now, using the reset password function in the app so you can easily log in when you get the new update.
4. You may be prompted to answer some demographic questions if you have missing demographic information.
5. You will need to reset your notifications.

 

The SigBee app will have a slightly different flow when you first log in. Here’s what you can expect: 

1. You will immediately be taken to the check-in, rather than a landing page. 
2. Your user settings are now in a gear icon at the top right of the app. 
3. The calendar is now clickable, and this is where you can click on a date and see your previous check-ins. 

 

NEW FEATURE! 

 

We are launching an exciting new feature - the Web Check-in! This means you can complete your SigBee check-in on a web browser, in addition to using the app .  Here’s what you need to know:

 

1. You must be a SigBee app user to access the SigBee web check-in.
2. Use the same email and password you use to log into your app, to log into the web check-in. 
3. For supervisor users, when you log into the dashboard, you will be taken directly to the dashboard and your web check-in button is located at the top right of your dashboard screen. 
4. There are currently no notifications for the web check-in. 
5. New users cannot register for web check-in via the web. They must download the app and log in and can then access the web check-in, using the same email and password they used to log into the app. 
6. Web check-in will record your check-in in your SigBee app so you can see all historical check-in information within the SigBee app.
