Dear John,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Harry Patel, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Hilltop Broadband, a Core Fiber Partner. Hilltop is a local Colorado provider with over 11 years of experience serving customers in multiple different states. Our vision is to build more fiber in rural communities across Colorado and deliver faster internet everyone can trust.
Our mission is to bring fiber broadband services to our unserved community, while also providing quality service and driving local employment. Our goal is to create lasting partnerships with local communities, ensuring our network meets the unique needs of residents and businesses. By bringing fiber to the residents of Colorado, we can help bridge the digital divide and strengthen the local economy, all while creating jobs and improving quality of life.
As I’m sure you are aware, BEAD is a nationwide grant program through which Colorado was allocated more than $800 million to provide subgrants to providers extending broadband to unserved and underserved locations across the state. We are exploring the possibility of pursuing BEAD funding and deploying our own capital to deploy a best-in-class fiber to the home network in Larimer county.
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet with you - virtually or in person - so that we can provide an overview of our service and network in Colorado, our plans and goals in your community, and how we might address any specific needs of Larimer county. If you could offer your availability, we will pick a time that works.
