To continue bringing our members newsletters that equip counties with key federal policy updates, thoughtful resources and information about opportunities to engage with NACo, we have updated our weekly email cadence effective this week.
- County Countdown is now Policy Insider, coming to your inbox every Monday. The new Policy Insider will go deeper on federal advocacy content, offering the lay of the land from the perspective of counties as intergovernmental partners and highlighting NACo's latest advocacy efforts.
- The Policy Insider newsletter will be supplemented by a biweekly Policy Insider webinar and a monthly Policy Insider video edition covering highlights from throughout the month. Look for the first Policy Insider newsletter Monday, Feb. 9, and register for the companion webinar here.
- Resource Roundup will continue every other week, but will move to Fridays starting this Friday, Feb. 6. Resource Roundup will remain your go-to for the latest NACo publications, information about upcoming events and campaigns, details of cohort and peer exchange opportunities and more.
- Members of Policy Steering Committees will receive newsletters monthly. These newsletters will include issue area-specific advocacy updates, calls to action for committee members and reminders about upcoming meetings. To join a Policy Steering Committee, submit a request through the MyNACo portal.
NACo will continue to examine and streamline our member communications in the months ahead, so stay tuned for additional updates.
