I wanted to remind you that Fleet Services will be open at our new location at 6994 Rickenbacker Road, Loveland, CO 80538 on November 12, 2024. While our address is changing, you can continue to expect the same great services from our dedicated team.
We have a website that is dedicated to the move and includes detailed information, including a map of the new facility, directions, and FAQs. We encourage you to check it out and share with your employees.

What is Staying the Same?
- Employees should continue to use the Fleet Vehicle Service Request Form for any service needs.
- Our shop hours will remain Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- We will continue to offer 24/7 support and on-call service for emergency situations.
What is Changing?
- We have a key box and designated parking located on the back side of the building for your convenience. When dropping off your vehicle, please park in the "Dead Line" marked area.
- Use this form to request new parts and, upon notification, pick them up from the lockers in the building's main entrance.
- For safety and security, access to the shop will be restricted to Fleet employees and technicians only.
- Coming soon: The ability to schedule an appointment online for preventative maintenance of your vehicle.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible for everyone involved. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll continue to add to our FAQs and website as we grow and adjust.
