Landowner in Fort Collins who is looking for a farmer to completely take over the farm and depending upon their goals may have the opportunity to continue the Cultivating Hope non-profit if interested. I would like to find someone to start this season and I would be most comfortable with a 1 year lease to start with the option to renew if both parties agree but I would consider a longer term depending upon the person. Due to all the infrastructure and that I would allow them to use our tools, irrigation lines, hoses, crates, picnic tables and umbrellas and two storage sheds, I would be asking for $,5000 per year for rent plus a portion of utilities used. I am still pursuing a possible connection with CSU for their students but I see this as a plus for any farmer who is interested as it might provide some assistance. In addition, because we are a non-profit we are involved in a Community Service work program that could give the potential farmer labor help. Let me know if there is any other information you need.
