Dear Berthoud Habitat Supporters,

As we close one beautiful chapter, we are thrilled to open another. Following Tiffany Brodie's announcement of her transition, we are excited to introduce Bryant Robertson as the successor of the Executive Director role at Berthoud Habitat for Humanity.

Bryant brings extensive leadership experience in operations, strategic planning, and team development. Known for building strong teams and translating big-picture vision into clear, actionable goals, he has led complex organizations and developed leaders at multiple levels. A licensed real estate broker and active member of the Berthoud community, Bryant also adds nonprofit governance experience and a genuine passion for strengthening partnerships to expand affordable and attainable housing opportunities. He believes stable housing is foundational to strong families, a healthy local economy, and a thriving community — and we couldn't agree more.

"Berthoud Habitat has built something truly special in this community, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help steward its next chapter. I look forward to working alongside our talented staff, dedicated Board of Directors, the Town of Berthoud, and passionate community partners to expand attainable housing opportunities and strengthen the foundation of our community for generations to come." — Bryant Robertson, Incoming Executive Director

Bryant steps into an organization that looks very different than it did just a few years ago, and that is a testament to the remarkable leadership of Tiffany Brodie. What began as a one-person administrative operation has grown into a full, expert-led team, with dedicated directors guiding each functional area of the organization. Under Tiffany's leadership, we modernized our governance, expanded our construction pipeline, deepened community partnerships, and planted the seeds for transformational projects. She leaves behind an organization that is strong, structured, and ready for what's next.

Our entire team is excited to welcome Bryant and to continue stewarding this organization toward growth, because the need for affordable housing in Berthoud has never been greater, and neither has our capacity to meet it.

Thank you for being part of this community. Together, we build more than homes, we build hope.

With gratitude,
