Dear Valued Community Partner,On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are announcing that Cyndi Dodds has been appointed as the permanent Chief Executive Officer of SummitStone Health Partners, effective immediately.The Board unanimously agreed that Cyndi's exceptional leadership as Interim CEO, combined with her deep understanding of our organization and commitment to our mission, make her uniquely qualified to lead SummitStone."We are thrilled to remove the 'interim' designation and officially welcome Cyndi as our CEO," said Carolyn Reed, Chair of SummitStone's Board of Directors. "Her exceptional leadership during a challenging transition period, combined with her deep understanding of our organization and commitment to our mission, made her the ideal candidate to lead SummitStone into its next chapter."In addition to being SummitStone's first woman CEO, Cyndi's accomplishments as Interim CEO include confirming the opening of the acute care facility on the Longview campus, leading through organizational change, and ensuring clinical excellence through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). She also conducted numerous staff engagement sessions to listen to staff ideas, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating her commitment to an inclusive leadership approach.As many of you know, Cyndi's journey with SummitStone spans more than two decades, from providing high-intensity home-based services as a clinician to serving as Chief Clinical Officer. She has also led and developed key programs through partnership with numerous community organizations. Her career has been defined by a steadfast commitment to serving the communities of Larimer County and upholding our core values: Come as You Are, Start with Yes, Boldly Raise the Bar, and Stronger Together.Please join the Board in congratulating Cyndi on this well-deserved appointment.
