The Governor initiated the Drought Task Force today (see attached letter).  Our County is listed in D2 Severe Drought.  Our trees are budding out 3 weeks ahead of normal.  Information provided via the CO Water Conditions Monitoring meeting hosted by Colorado Water Conservation Board.
