I wanted to clarify that as an ADA advocate, I have certain abilities, including being able to speak to ADA issues like PTSD and advocating for the safety of disabled individuals. I've already proven that I have jurisprudence in that regard among LCDHS and all their attorneys to date. I'm calling your bluff about this conversation being only for the attorneys, because this is a departmental issue with LCDHS, and you're the manager. You're also a proven liar and are continuing to endanger the Lovejoy family. Your response by not using my first name already violated the ADA and discriminated against my requests, so LCDHS has committed federal fraud. Using 'color of law' threats are considered retaliation. Erica's letter was retaliation. I get why you're getting angry with us, and retaliating because you're in hot water and very guilty. Still, that's not the Lovejoy family's problem, it's the department's. You need to follow the law.
After all the games played on this case already, what the heck is LCDHS thinking with Erica's latest letter? If you were following your mission statements or the law, you wouldn't have ended up in this position. If you were actually working for the families, none of this criminal behavior would ever be acceptable. You shamelessly discriminate against disabled people and ignore the ADA. This group even ignores the Constitution. Worse still, you seem to be completely at the mercy of your personality disorders within the department, almost exactly like I outlined in the Premise section in my reporting. The letter Erica has just written to the courts was
openly abusive and predatory.
To clarify from last Friday, you absolutely have the control to fix this, as you have direct control over Erica as a caseworker, who just abused her position of power by turning in this latest letter to the courts requesting a new
TPR process. That proved all my points for me. Erica is living in a fantasy world, and that's why her documentation is full of holes and logical fallacies (aka cognitive dissonance). When you originally had no causation, all this performance is unjustified because it's based on past criminal activity done by LCDHS. We've already documented this, so it is quite insane to continue pushing a known false narrative. It is a massive red flag when you protect this type of mentally ill behavior.
LCDHS's plan just failed in the last placement which was against code. I could instantly tell that your impulsive decisions from last Friday would only incriminate LCDHS further, including your office, Thad's office and the BOCC, which we can all see now. The County obviously has an extremely toxic work culture and just can't help themselves from being predatory, which really comes out when they "hunt" and profile disabled people, who must appear to them like they are weaker and defenseless. Hopefully advocates like me can help the County improve. That's why I find all the 'ugly' there, because the 'ugly' individuals come right at me, just like you attempted to do, and it showed your true colors. In nature, that's the type of "prey" predators look for to "separate from the herd," and it's too consistent to ignore at LCDHS. I identify Psychopaths by their predatory aspects, and it's easy to identify when they act as blatant as LCDHS does, like what Erica just did by trifling with the Lovejoy family again. She literally can't learn. The reporting is loaded with documented examples to support these accusations.
By filing that letter to the courts this week, Erica just proved me 100% right.
- She verified all the points in my emails from last week about the crimes LCDHS are intentionally committing, including your part in the racketeering,
- all the mental health concerns cited in my reporting about the staff there not being able to pass the state's PFFD standards,
- the Implicit Bias,
- the serial discrimination,
- the departmental fraud,
- the retaliation,
- the "learning disability,"
- the department being pathological and psychopathic in practice.
- All of it.
To be clear, I am allowed to comment about the LCDHS practices, and how the department has clearly committed very serious crimes, including repeatedly attempting to murder the minor child. I don't even need to be a party to the case to be a concerned citizen, although
I am a party to the case, as I was invited by Don to be his ADA advocate. I have also ADA requested to be respected as such, and LCDHS has been, and continues to discriminate
against all parties, validating the need for an ADA advocate. I'm also a party to the case, just from being slandered and discriminated against for the position by LCDHS now, which you've been an active participant in. I have every right as a "community partner" to not only voice my grievances here and defend myself, and work with management to improve the county's ridiculously malicious services under "restorative justice" practices. You're attempting to be obtuse about your duties as Dept Director.
The reason you're presumably so fixated about trying to blame parent advocates for not being a "party to the case," is because the county was never actually an official "party to the case" and doesn't have any excuses for the crimes they committed as a result. Establishing causation after the fact, is manufacturing evidence again. Erica's letter is a perfect example of this. You're just trying to gaslight and manipulate us with a 'what-about-ism,' but I see right through you. That's called Projection and was covered in detail i
n my Letters of Concern and Investigative Report. You're lying to us usi
ng Passive Dishonesty, so please stop. This is like dealing with a child who hasn't put any thought into their lies after getting caught with their hand in the cookie-jar. This practice is called victim-blaming and is a core aspect of people with malformed coping mechanisms who can't accept responsibility (part of DARVO reactions). This is a perfect example of why the PFFD should be enforced and the whole problem would be resolved. This is because even if the workers were found insane, like is the case we've documented with Erica, the management could correct them, however here we clearly have the blind leading the blind.
I now have some new questions for you and LCDHS.
I request that the BOCC answer these for you, if you are unable or unwilling. Trying to 'win at all costs' is about to cost you everything, and shows you're not acting in any capacity as "
public servants."
1. Have you asked yourself why you try to collectively work this hard to try to make such wicked results, only to keep shooting yourself squarely in the foot? When you have no evidence for these claims, you are slandering parents. Erica is slandering Don and manipulating J.L.R. and the courts. Manufacturing evidence and continuing to oppress and persecute the family is in direct opposition to the Children's Code. Wrongful removals mean you are trafficking children, like J.L.R. as we have clearly documented. You, Erica, and LCDHS clearly have no concern for J.L.R.'s life, safety or well-being. Foster care is obviously the very thing endangering J.L.R.'s life. The County has failed at over 20 placements, and is now pushing to remove the minor child's primary support network. You're miserable failures at doing your jobs because you are literally dysfunctional and antisocial. What Erica is doing is literally insane, continuing to try the same failed method and expecting different results. These are not wise moves for you to support as her manager, when you're all being actively documented and audited. To be honest, you don't seem capable of making sane or effective choices for kids either, or even able to understand their needs.
2. Would you ever treat your own kids this way? If you or Erica treated your own kids this way, CPS would take your kids away, and it would be warranted. You have mental illnesses that make you a danger to others, including kids. Ironic, right?! Your actions are all self-serving, making you useless in your positions as "public servants." As part of DHS, why isn't this family "thriving" like your mission statements say? The LCDHS mission statement says parents have a "right to raise their own kids," but that's not how you act in practice. Erica has consistently proven that she is inept, unqualified and extremely dangerous. When she's not following the mission statements or the law, she's not performing her "governmental function." The simple answer is, LCDHS are a pack of pathological liars, who apparently can't "try" or "learn," and use double-standards, because the group is self-delusional and cult-like, as we've thoroughly documented in the investigation. I'll be happy to debate any of those points and supply you with many more examples if you need them.
3. Why would a whole pack of LCDHS workers and all these crooked agents, work this hard at covering up these crimes? First, crimes like the discrimination and fraud were indisputably committed. The continual (and sloppy) cover ups really demonstrate the intention behind these crimes. Intention is a key element of fraud, discrimination and murder prosecutions. LCDHS has never shown any remorse or made any attempt at correction, even when they wronged disabled people (who are a protected class). And here you are sitting on top of the pile, yet again, as the ringleader, clearly abusing your position of power by protecting the abusive caseworkers, showing zero remorse or accountability. Erica's behavior is totally understandable as your subordinate, when we see how badly you have behaved when something goes wrong. We saw similar failures in management and oversight who allowed the predatory behavior within Arapahoe DHS in the Robin Niceta class-action suit which cost them $3M.
4. Can you not see all the bias? This normally happens when people share a bias, like with racists accepting each other, when it's socially unacceptable and antisocial in general.
Self-delusion is a tricky issue to address, until you see all the facts, like I've laid out, and then it's obvious. Not being able to grasp that info after it has been carefully presented by a professional teacher like myself, just demonstrates the department's collective "learning disability." Poor Erica is so badly broken and pathological that she didn't even realize that she just basically agreed with, and proved all my reporting about her to be accurate and true through her own actions,
after she was even repeatedly warned. When these mentally ill employees lack the ability to understand what is going on around them (aka
cognitive dissonance), or control themselves (
impulsivity), and are a danger to themselves and others (including LCDHS), that's clearly a personality disorder, and they are acting definitively antisocial. That letter keeps the minor child in intolerable living conditions in foster care where he's been on suidcide watch, so she's endangering his life with her letter, as well as jeopardizing parent-child family bonds. I'm sure anyone who's paying attention will think I'm a mind-reader at this point, especially when you go back and read my reporting which ended up being prophetic. However it's not a magic trick, I just understand your pathology better than you do and this group has been
deluding themselves all along. That's why they can't provide any legitimate evidence to save their lives, or adapt to behave any better, while every point Don's support team has made is easily verifiable with supporting evidence. We can also defend our positions, where the County falls short.
LCDHS are proving to be pathological liars yet again, and I have your number. The fact that you refuse to stop even while under such intense scrutiny, really underscores the pathology. Erica actually doubled-down, showing she's living in her own "bubble," in a complete narcissistic delusion that is only supported by the toxic work culture there, as was documented. If you weren't protecting her, this garbage wouldn't fly. Leadership and oversight are the core issues with retaining the mentally ill caseworkers.
5. Are you done making it worse for yourselves yet? This is really embarrassing to watch you all trip over each other, to avoid doing anything responsible or respectable. This looks like a ridiculous clown show on its face, but clowns do it on purpose. It's easy to see there is no conscious mentality being used there and you're just reacting, which is common for victims of Childhood Trauma. In hindsight, it would have been smarter to just agree with me, instead of proving me right by incriminating yourselves further. That self-destructive behavior and denial to protect your bruised egos, are more aspects of NPD, which is only further validation for my reporting and the presumed diagnosis.
When Erica lashed out with the letter after LCDHS was called out for being psychopathic, it was a textbook example of the shame-rage spiral reaction and DARVO response model. Your impulsive responses on Friday also demonstrated those qualities. I'll follow up with a full detailed update for the report to break down that letter to the courts, but Erica needs to be immediately removed from being able to interact with the public, and 100% needs to be removed from this case and interacting with J.L.R. She is a pathologically dangerous person, and you are clearly protecting her, which is exactly how the management was busted in Arapahoe County, protecting Robin Niceta who was a sex predator working within DHS. When you can't act any better than Erica, you go on the list of removals as well. Being dysfunctional like we see here, this group is incredibly poor at doing any type of interaction with people, which is a big issue when you lead Human Services. This shows serious holes in the hiring process that employed you too, sharing the blame on the top management of LCDHR and the BOCC to allow this.
6. Who's paying for this? Beyond the catastrophic personnel issues, this is a disgusting misuse of taxpayer dollars being wasted on more frivolous legal actions when they've already been repeatedly disproven and debunked. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have presumably already been wasted over the last three years of LCDHS failures in this case. Financial crimes are also very common for people with Antisocial Personality Disorders (ASPDs), as we see with the federal fraud, but definitely warrants more investigation and departmental audits for LCDHS and Larimer County in general.
7. Why wasn't Erica already 'quarantined' or fired? I just warned you last Friday about how dangerous these individuals are when they get exposed, and you allowed her to continue to be a danger to the public. Even after the fact, she's still allowed to abuse the public. That means you protected her and allowed this, because any responsible manager would have already either warned her, or had her pack her stuff up and find a new job on Monday morning. For you to allow this to happen, shows gross criminal neglect on your part as her manager, as well as the racketeering again by protecting her and her crimes. Kristin Bradfield was promoted to being Erica's direct supervisor after she committed crimes in this case. These patterns of racketeering are far too prevalent for any responsible party to ignore, and are exactly what we've documented time and time again in this case.
As I requested, you, Thad and the BOCC will bear the blame for all county prosecutions. With almost 1,400 discrimination charges, the county is currently facing around 7,000 years of punishment, and a historical settlement award, but you're still not done yet. Math is your worst enemy at this point. You could still make it worse for yourself, and we'll be sure to document it. We can verify every charge to establish that amount, so the County would be wise to recognize the grim position they have placed themselves in and at least try to show some sort of reconsideration.
You still have a limited time opportunity to show remorse and reconsider to avoid further embarrassment and maybe earn leniency from the courts, although the federal prosecution is basically inevitable at this point. As these are considered federal "hate crimes" we will seek maximum penalties and punishments. As of today, the County has declined all requests to settle for damages or make a public statement as a response, satisfying the court's demands that we offered to negotiate and gave you every opportunity to explain your position prior to seeking legal remedies.
We ask that you use your influence and position to return J.L.R. home immediately, along with the other demands from last Friday's Next Steps email, to avoid further implications and liabilities for LCDHS. Erica needs to be removed for public safety without delay. We now request that you shall write and file a letter with the courts to correct Erica's misdeeds and slander at least 48 hrs prior to Wed 6/28/2023, and explain to them how she is mentally unfit for duty in LCDHS. You may provide the courts copies of the letters of concern and the investigative report if necessary to make your points. We appreciate your flexibility accommodating our requests, and please address me by my first name in your responses as I've requested.
I look forward to your answers to the questions and your management efforts to correct the damage Erica attempted to do with her letter. The courts need to be made aware that they are being misled with Erica's testimonies and reports because she's been repeatedly documented being unable to recount events correctly.
