"We went through a rigorous site evaluation process with the help of Chuck Sexton and Next Move Group, assessing over 100 sites in 10 different states, ultimately choosing Bristol and the state of Tennessee."
-Jeff Swartz, CEO, Seaman Corporation
"Working with Seaman Corporation's leadership team of Jeff, Brian, and Raj through our Site Selection process was an absolute joy and I thank them for choosing Next Move Group as their site consulting firm.  Using their musts and wants for a new site, we identified over 100 potential locations in the first round.  After scoring those sites’ readiness criteria, we down selected to 26 sites for our second round of evaluation, which focused more on labor availability and the communities themselves.  Finally, we cut to 6 sites in 6 different states for in-person visits.  Clay Walker coordinating the local team in Bristol as well as his close work with Lynn Tully and Commissioner McWhorter from TNECD is really what pushed them to the top.  I cannot praise Clay enough for having a prepared (cleared/grubbed/graded) site.  This not only cuts down on Seaman Corporation’s timeline, but also their cost.  It was a built-in incentive!"
-Chuck Sexton, CEO, Next Move Group, LLC
"Since Chuck Sexton joined Next Move Group 15 months ago, he has done a fabulous job running our site selection division.  He worked tirelessly with Seaman Corporation over the last year to review over 100 sites, and I am proud to see his hard work pay dividends for both Seaman Corporation and Next Move Group.  Next Move Group is committed to helping manufacturing companies grow jobs in the United States, and we are proud to call Seaman Corporation a client!  We have been working a number of other site selection projects simultaneously with this one and should have more announcements soon all attributable to Chuck Sexton's work ethic.

The NETWORKS Sullivan Partnership team is as good as there is in economic development.  My congratulations to Clay Walker, Michael Parker, Abby Mease, and Ronnie Price on yet another win for their region.  They truly know what they are doing!"
