Commissioner, my apologies for not catching the request for a community meeting. We can most certainly work on that. Let me check with Sallie and our team here to see if the 9/25 date would work. And unfortunately, the Sep 3 date won’t work for one of our team members.
So let me do some discussion on our end and I will get back to you all. Thanks for your patience with this.

Hello Amy & Annie,
Thank you for your timely response, Amy, and September 3rd works better for me if we are to have a virtual meeting. Although, as Annie indicated, we were hoping for a community meeting up in Red Feather Lakes to learn more about USDA rural development resources, especially the guaranteed loan program that might apply to our efforts to establish a rural health care clinic. That said, I understand that time is a precious commodity, and the most important thing is to connect. I have my next RFLCommunity Conversation scheduled for Thursday, 9/25. 12-1:30 for your consideration.
Commissioner, Sallie would be happy to join you at your meeting on September 25th in Red Feather Lakes.
Annie would you like me to find time for a separate meeting to discuss your specific questions? Just let me know.

Hi Sallie, we are really looking forward to seeing you. The site for the proposed clinic as well as the food pantry is on the property owned by The Chapel in the Pines 23947 W County Rd 74e, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545. There is another site possibility less than a mile east from the Chapel.

Hello Sallie, Colleagues and Community Members,To ensure that we are all working from the same page and information, here are additional details about the Thursday, 9/25, 12-2 PM Red Feather Lakes Commissioner Community Conversation, which will take place in the usual place - Community Association Building, 58 FireHouse Ln, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545. Please note that the Conversation has been extended by 30 minutes (if needed) to accommodate all the presenters and discussion. The itinerary will include: 1) Reghan Cloudman (PIO) to provide USFS updates, particularly about the official closure of recreational sport shooting in certain areas of the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest due to the opening of the Devil's Nose Shooting Range in Clear Creek County; 2) Insurance Commissioner Michael Conway to speak about WUI homeowners insurance costs, challenges and policies; 3) LC Emergency Services personnel to speak briefly about the county wildfire partner program; and 4) Sallie Clark, USDA Rural Development State Director, to provide a broad overview of services and resources that are intended to help with rural development such as a rural health clinic. After speaking with Annie and Cindy, it is my understanding that they are hoping Sallie and her team will have time to meet at Cindy's very unique home to have an in-depth discussion about the health care and aging in place proposals right after our Community Conversation. This could occur from 2:30-3:30 (her home is set back on the north side just after the 14 mile marker driving up the RFL Road (CR 74E) from Livermore. The road to her home is opposite the Glacier View Meadows Fire Station. This would get folks off the mountain no later than 4:30 PM. Is this time commitment possible? Thank you, and please let me know if you have questions.
Commissioner that will work for Sallie. However, we do have a hard stop at 3:30 PM that day to return to Denver for an event later in the evening.
Thanks.

Hello Amy,
Just wanted to confirm that Director Clark and her USDA Rural Development Team are still planning to participate in our 9/25 RFL Community Conversation, 12-2 PM and whether your able/interested in attending the proposed follow up meeting at Cindy Leibrock's home (2:30-3:30) to discuss in more depth the community's health care proposal and their work to help older adults age in place. Thank you.
