Looking for ways to make your home more energy efficient or increase your overall comfort?
Efficiency Works is a regional utility collaboration that offers different rebates for efficiency upgrades throughout the communities of Fort Collins, Loveland Longmont and Estes Park. Their rebates are offered on everything from heat pumps to smart thermostats and air purifiers. Below is a link to all of the different rebates available right now:

We wanted to bring the Insulation rebates to your attention, specifically the significant opportunity for rental property owners. Efficiency Works has
announced an initiative offering triple the standard rebate amounts for insulation and air sealing projects on rental properties. This enhanced rebate is only available for a limited time, contingent upon the availability of funds. Right now, a considerable portion of the funding is specifically allocated for rental properties, with 85% of this allocation still available. This can be used up within the next few months depending on the level of interest.

There are also significant insulation rebates for owner occupied homes as well. Below is a list of all insulation rebates currently offered through Efficiency Works:

If you would like to take advantage of these rebates, all you need to do is simply contact an approved contractor to put together an estimate and they can help process the pre-approval from the city. Below is our recommended approved contractor:
