Yesterday I saw a listing of all of the cities and counties in the USA that are accepting illegal immigrants. Larimer County was on the list. When did this occur? Where are these individuals living? How much is this costing taxpayers?
Two members of my family have met 3 illegals from Venezuela. The first meeting was with 2 young men, who blocked my daughter from backing out of a parking space. They carried signs stating they were without food, water, clothing and a place to sleep. They were panhandling, which I believe is not lawfull in Ft. Collins. She gave them nothing, and they finally moved to allow her to move her vehicle. My husband met an older man who was also carrying a sign stating he and his family were from Venezuela and he told the same story. Again, this was in a parking lot.
If it is true Larimer County is inviting illegals, why are these indivuduals out panhandling? Given what has occured in Georgia, this could really become dangerous. We have resided in Ft. Collins for over 20 years and have never been approached by anyone panhandling.
