Hello Larimer County!

We hope you are all doing well and having a wonderful week.

We wanted to reach out regarding your SAM.gov registration status. All Vendors receiving SLFRF grant funding are required to have an active SAM.gov registration.

BHA reviewed our records and determined your organization does have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, however, your organization is not actively registered with SAM.gov. To become an active registered member please login into SAM.gov and choose “Renew/Update” on the SAM.gov profile workspace page.

Once you have submitted your registration for “Active” status, please forward the confirmation email to cdhs_bha...@state.co.us

Thank you, and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Hi Billy,
I sent an email to you about our agency's change in UEI about a month ago.  We had let our individual agency's UEI expire and now fall under the Larimer County (countywide government) UEI.  Last I looked, the "County of Larimer" UEI is active.  I will forward that email to you that I sent last month so you can have the updated information.  Let me know if there are any questions or concerns and I'd be happy to help troubleshoot.
Thank you!
-Bryan

Good morning Bryan,

Thank you so much for sending that along. I apologize for the confusion and missing it the first time around. Really appreciate your help!
