Webinars can be a helpful way for rural communities to find information on how to apply for Federal grants or complete specific projects. Most USDOT webinars are recorded and available on the USDOT website. Below is a list of recent and upcoming webinars that may be useful:
- Wildlife Crossings Public Webinar
- This webinar is intended to provide an overview of the WCPP, provide applicants with knowledge for applying to the program, and clarify any questions associated with the application process. It is intended for a broad range of attendees, including representatives of entities eligible to receive funds under the WCPP.

- SS4A: Action Plans Webinar
- This webinar offered a general overview of the SS4A program and the grant application process, with a particular focus on applying for grants to develop an Action Plan. Action Plans identify the most significant roadway safety concerns in a community and the implementation of projects and strategies to address those roadway safety issues.

All Federal grants, including transportation grants, can be found at grants.gov. To find transportation related funding opportunities, select "All Department of Transportation" under the "Agency" menu on the left-hand side.
The programs listed in the table below are anticipated to release a NOFO in the coming months. This timeline is subject to change. In order to provide stakeholders with more visibility into upcoming funding opportunities, USDOT has published a Key Notices of Funding Opportunities within the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), as well as adjacent programs that support BIL and IRA objectives.
