Hey Key Clubbers!
If you love animals, we have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you! The Kiwanis of Los Altos are hosting its 78th Kiwanis Pet Parade and are looking for volunteers to help set up and run their parade this Saturday!
WHAT: A beloved community tradition since 1947, the Los Altos Kiwanis Pet Parade is a celebration that attracts kids, adults and their pets every year. Volunteers will be responsible for distributing Pet Parade buttons and ribbons to parade watchers & participants or organizing the marchers and groups.
WHEN: Saturday, May 17 from 8am to 11am
WHERE: The parade takes place on Main Street and State Street in Los Altos. Please meet at the corner of State Street & Second Street, which is right at the new Refillery Store on the corner. It is marked on the map below and on the sign-up sheet.
More details about early morning duties will come out soon!
Please wear your Key Club shirt to the Parade so that participants and other volunteers can distinguish you as volunteers!
ATTENDANCE: Check-in with a Kiwanis Los Altos club member or a Key Club officer!
Have a great week! Good luck to those who have APs and congrats to those who just finished theirs! 🎊
