Are you excited to witness who your next LTG will be? Are you eager to participate in the voting process?
After a long nine months, D34C LTG Addya and D34S LTG Jemma will be giving “birth” to our elects at Conclave 2026! Our February DCM will also be hosted during Conclave as we dive deep to discover what’s next for our divisions. Please read the following email to learn the details of this very important event and how to register.

WHO: Members of Division 34C & 34S
WHERE: Saint Francis High School (1885 Miramonte Ave, Mountain View, CA 94040)
WHEN: Sunday, February 8th from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM
Do NOT be late, members will not be let in after 11:20AM
ATTIRE: Business Casual (closed-toe shoes, slacks, dress shirts, blouses)
Avoid tops that show your chest, shoulders, and stomach
Avoid leggings, shorts, capris, and jeans with holes in them
Avoid vibrant shoes, flip flops, or sandals
As a general rule, it's better to be overdressed than underdressed!
Registration
All registration will be through THIS LINK or at tinyurl.com/d34conclave2026. Please follow the instructions below for registration:
Delegate Registration - Each club is required to send two delegates to vote in the election on behalf of their club. Delegates should be registered by their club president through the form. They do not need to RSVP individually.
Presidents may choose who represents their club as delegates, but it’s encouraged for underclassmen or juniors to do so as this is their future in Key Club.
Delegates must be DUES-PAID.
General Attendee Registration - General attendees should register themselves through the form using the “Regular Attendee” option.
Candidate Booklets containing a schedule, the candidates’ literatures, DCM agendas, and a map will be sent out to those who register and RSVP!
Ettiquette
Lastly, we want to remind you that there is absolutely no campaigning for Lt. Governor candidates, even by someone else. If you see this happening, please report it to your LTG. We also want to remain encouraging and supportive of all candidates, meaning no negative comments before, during, or after the election.
