What's the scoop, SUPERTROOPERS?

It’s almost time for our Mid Year North conference, and we need volunteers to help make it amazing!

Volunteers can help before, during, and after the conference, from unloading materials, supporting event operations throughout the day, to packing everything up at the end. If you’re planning to volunteer on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose Airport, please make sure you are officially registered. It is not too late to volunteer!

• What: There are 3 different volunteer opportunities!
• Pre-Conference: Unload the District Truck on Thursday, 2/26 at 2:00 PM at the hotel
• During Conference: Assist with registration, workshop and door monitoring, AV support, District Store, and lunch coverage as needed.
• Packing Up: Help load the truck either 3:00–5:00 PM after workshops or after the Gala Dinner around 8:30 PM (quick shift).

• Where: DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose Airport (2050 Gateway Pl, San Jose, CA 95110)

• When: Saturday, February 28, 2026

Volunteering begins at 6:30 AM, and there are many ways to help throughout the day. Your support truly makes a difference in keeping everything running smoothly, so please register as soon as possible!
