I hope this email finds you well! My name is Lily Nock, and I am beyond excited to take the director’s chair as your CNH District Convention (DCON) Chair for the 2025-2026 term. The cameras are rolling, the spotlight is on, and it’s officially time to register for District Convention 2026! Mark your calendars for April 10th-12th for the most SHOW-STOPPING event of the term in Sacramento, California! Without further ado, this email will cover:

WHAT IS DISTRICT CONVENTION?
District Convention (DCON) is an annual event to celebrate all the achievements of the previous term, elect the new District Executive Board, attend a variety of educational workshops, meet new Key Clubbers from all over California, Nevada, and Hawaii, and finally, welcome in the new term together.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
DCON is an EXCITING and UNFORGETTABLE weekend filled with charm and unique experiences. You’ll have the chance to be recognized on stage for your achievements, gain inspiration from outstanding guest speakers, and deepen your knowledge about Key Club.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
DCON Registration is open NOW! Be sure to register with your club together with an advisor. Keep in mind, registration is NOT inclusive of hotel and transportation so please plan accordingly. For hotels, the cost is per night and you can divide the cost amongst 4 guests. Below are the following prices and due dates:
REGISTRATION LINK: HERE
ON-TIME: $250 due by March 6th
LATE: $375 due by March 18th
NO CHECKS will be accepted; only digital payments through the registration link will be accepted.
HOTEL OPTIONS:
SHERATON GRAND: $238
HYATT REGENCY: $239.13
Again, pricing listed above is per night including tax, so registering 4 people per room is the best deal. For instance, if your club stays at the SHERATON GRAND for 2 nights, the total would be $476 per room. If you divide that by 4, each member would only pay $119 along with registration fees.
