Lucky for you, our annual Conclave, where we elect the next Lieutenant Governor, is right around the corner! Our February DCM will also be hosted during this event.
This email will cover the following topics:

WHO: Members of Division 12E, 12S, and 12W
WHAT: Conclave 2024, an event where the next lieutenant governor is elected & February DCM
WHERE: Piedmont Hills High School: 1377 Piedmont Rd, San Jose, CA 95132
WHEN: Saturday, February 3rd from 1-4 PM
ATTIRE: Business Casual
Registration
Each club MUST SEND exactly 2 delegates (the individuals who will be directly voting on the ballot!) Delegates must be DUES-PAID and a member in good standing with Key Club. Though there is a 5 attendee maximum per club, clubs who have 5+ members interested in attending can enter their members on the attendee WAITLIST! More information can be found on the RSVP form.
