Important Monthly Submissions:
FOR OFFICERS: Just a reminder of the following submission deadlines for secretaries, treasurers, editors, and other officers that help fulfill these responsibilities!
MRF: due on December 5th at 6PM
TMRF: due on December 5th at 6PM
A&V: due on December 10th at 6PM
Please send your submissions to me (d12w...@cnhkeyclub.org) and CC our Member Recognition Chair Maddie Cox (maddie...@gmail.com) on every submission, so we can give you points for your on-time and early bird submissions on The Trooper Tally. You should also CC your executive assistants (assigned schools below) and include me as a recipient on each submission. Your articles and visuals should be sent to d12w.cn...@gmail.com.

Please make sure these get in on time for November, and be sure to contact me if you are having any issues with the submission or need an extension. You’ll also get extra points for early-bird submissions, which are two days prior to the on-time dates listed above.
Updates from CNH:
Dues Season:
The on-time dues deadline was December 1st, but you can still pay dues! Dues are REQUIRED for you to be able to get awards, scholarships, and have your hours officially recognized by the CNH District. Contact your president or the LTG for more information.
Member & Advisor Survey:
The CNH Membership Growth Committee has created an Advisor and Member Survey Form to gain more data on all individuals within CNH! Please fill out this form, and remind all of your friends, club members, advisors, and division members to fill it out as well. For any questions, contact MG Chair Henrina Zhang at mg.c...@cnhkeyclub.org.

Thank you to everyone who came to our November DCM with D12E! We had so much fun making ornaments for kids and having a potluck. Make sure you tell your club secretaries if you attended so they can record your hours. See you at the next DCM (details below)!

D12’s biggest DCM is back! Come join D12E, D12S, and D12W for our iconic annual ice skating DCM at Sharks Ice in San Jose. This is one of the most fun events of the year and we’d love to see you there!
When: Saturday, December 16th, 7:30-9:30 PM (7:30-8:00 DCM, 8:00-9:30 skating)

D12 and A6&7 are collaborating to host a Christmas-themed movie night! We will be watching Weathering with You.

Where: Yerba Buena High School (1855 Lucretia Ave, San Jose, CA 95122)
