FOR OFFICERS: Just a reminder of the following submission deadlines for secretaries, treasurers, editors, and other officers that help fulfill these responsibilities!
MRF: due on August 5th at 6PM
TMRF: due on August 5th at 6PM
A&V: due on August 10th at 6PM
Please send your submissions to me (d12w...@cnhkeyclub.org) and CC our Division News Editor (bradley...@gmail.com) on every submission, so we can give you points for your on-time and early bird submissions on The Trooper Tally.
You should also CC your executive assistants (assigned schools below) and include me as a recipient on each submission.

Please make sure these get in on time for August, and be sure to contact me if you are having any issues with the submission or need an extension. You’ll also get extra points for early-bird submissions, which are two days prior to the on-time dates listed above.

District Convention 2025 Logo Contest
The contest is a great opportunity for graphic designers, artists, and those that are looking to extend their horizons. If you are interested, please take note of the logo guidelines below:

Relate to DCON 2025 Theme: “Tangled in Service”
Include: Cali-Nev-Ha Key Club DCON 2025 + “Tangled in Service” + Key Club International Logo + CNH Key Club Logo + CNH Mascot (Bee)
Encouraged to use CNH District Colors (black and yellow)
Resolution size of 300 pixels
Minimum size of graphic should be 2400x3000 pixels or 8x10 inches
Artwork must NOT be flattened
Identify ALL fonts used in submission (especially those that are NOT included in graphic standards)
Must by layered using illustrator, photoshop, or any other vectored software that supports layering
Artwork must be submitted as raw two attachments
1. Original format as specified above with layer
2. PNG (submit as transparent file)”
You can find the Submission Form Link here! Please fill out the form thoroughly and submit before the due date (which is July, 26th, 6PM PST), as any late submissions will not be considered.

This form is for all members ACROSS the district! Through this reflector group, Key Clubbers will stay connected and receive the latest updates from the Cali-Nev-Ha Key Club District! Through the completion of this form, members will find loads of information, announcements, and resources. This group is the go-to source for members to stay in the loop!

This form is for all members ACROSS the district to bring their ideas to life! As the district values everyone’s suggestions equally, members who fill out this form will have the opportunity to send in their ideas and have them brought to life in a number of aspects!
The CNH District Pen Pals for the 2024-2025 Term can be found HERE!
Making a comeback this term, this form is for all members ACROSS the district to make life-long friendships with Key Clubbers from anywhere in California, Nevada, and Hawai’i! Not only will members be able to meet someone new, but they will also get a chance to be recognized on the district level by participating in a variety of challenges!

Key Club Training Conference 2024:
Thank you to everyone who came to the Key Club Training Conference! It was so amazing to see so many new faces and introduce myself. I loved talking to each and every one of you and look forward to working with you all. In addition, I hope you all had a great time while learning how to become the best key clubber. See you at our next DCM (details down below).

In the first week of August, my designated EA’s and I will be holding visitations to go over club goals, introductions, tips and tricks, and everything needed for a great year. Prior to our meeting, please discuss with your club the goals such as service hours or fundraising.
