I don’t think I have given you all a formal introduction, but my name is Claire Liao and I will be serving as your lieutenant governor this 2025-2026 term! Here is your monthly update for June. Especially if you are a president, READ THIS EMAIL COMPLETELY.

Key Club Training Conference:
When: Saturday, June 21st, 2025 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm (lunch provided)
Where: Pioneer High School | 1290 Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA 95118
Attire: Key Club Casual (Wear your division t-shirt! If not, please order one through our online fundraiser for the Pediatric Trauma Program (details below). Your shirt has to be red!)
Registration fee (lunch included): $5.00 (cash at the door)

This is mandatory for ALL officers throughout the division, and make sure you RSVP. If you do not RSVP within a week of the conference, you will be receiving an email from me.

Join us to service dinner at the JW House in Santa Clara where they welcomes families and individuals from area hospitals into their family for rest and self-care during the day or overnight while their loved one is in the hospital.

Save The Bay Habitat Restoration
Join us for a day along the shoreline at one of our restoration sites around San Francisco Bay and help our wetlands grow.

Jun 20: Volunteer For Bike Parking @ Levi’s Stadium!
Volunteer to park bikes at Levi's Stadium. Support active transportation to all of the summer's greatest events coming to the South Bay.

DVMT + DTT Applications
DVMT stands for the District Visual Media Team. If you are good at graphic design, video-making, and art, it is highly encouraged to apply! You will be working for the entire California-Nevada-Hawaii district.
DTT stands for the District Technology Team. If you have experience working with websites or even if you just have an interest in it, you should 100% apply! Just like with the DVMT, you will be working with the entire California-Nevada-Hawaii district.
Both applications are due tomorrow at 11:59 PM, and the PDF will be attached below.

Division Total: 3000 Hours
Avg per Club: 215~ Hours
Attendance:
Division Council Meetings: 40 Attendants
Avg per Club: 2-3 Attendants per club
Fall Rally North: 60 Attendants
Avg per Club: 5-6 Attendants
Note: Both events are MANDATORY for all officers unless stated otherwise.
Fundraising:
Division Total: $3000
Avg per Club: $200~
Division Total before October/Fall Rally North: $1500
Avg per Club: $100-$120~
Note: These are just guidelines for what I expect from your clubs. The average per club is not indicative of what YOUR club goals should be. Each club has different amounts of members and situations, and I completely understand that. For the presidents out there, feel free to change your SWOT analyses based on this!
