Are you excited to witness who your next LTG will be? Are you eager to participate in the voting process?
Our annual Conclave, an event where we elect the next Lieutenant Governor, is right around the corner. Our February DCM will also be hosted during Conclave as we dive into the Key-Verse of the future.
This email will cover the following:

WHO: Members of Division 12E, 12S, and 12W.
WHERE: Los Gatos High School Theater (20 High School Ct, Los Gatos, CA 95030)
WHEN: Saturday, February 8th from 1:00PM-4:30PM
Do NOT be late, members will not be let in after 1:20PM.
ATTIRE: Business Casual (closed-toe shoes, slacks, dress shirts, blouses)
Avoid tops that show your chest, shoulders, and stomach.
Avoid leggings, shorts, capris, and jeans with holes in them.
Avoid vibrant shoes, flip flops, or sandals.
Registration
Each club is required to send 2 delegates (who will be voting representatives from each club) to Conclave. Delegates must be dues-paid and a member in good standing, preferably underclassmen, as this is their future in Key Club.
All dues-paid clubs should be in attendance at Conclave with at least TWO (2) delegates representing their club.
There is a maximum of 5 additional attendees per each club, clubs who have more than 5 members interested will be put onto a waitlist. More information is found on the registration form.
Please sign up at tinyurl.com/d12conclave25 by February 5th @ 11:59PM. This form will only be filled out by a club President, Vice President, or other executive officer. Those who sign up, especially delegates, are expected to commit to attending. If you are interested in attending, message your club Presidents as soon as possible.
