Did you know that Key Club goes beyond club level? Well, beyond clubs is division level (we are the Division 12 East Superheroes comprised of 10 schools from Union City down to northeast San Jose!) and beyond the division level is the regional level (we are Region 17 Royals 👑 along with 6 other divisions). Beyond our region is district level, and we are the California-Nevada-Hawaii (CNH) Bees 🐝! Key Club is an international organization! 🌎
So… the Lieutenant Governors of Region 17 are thrilled to invite YOU to this year’s Key Club’s Pokémon-Themed Training Conference ⚡! Join us on Saturday, June 21st to attend informative presentations to help you confidently serve in your officer position or better your experience as a member, learn more about Key Club through fun activities, and to meet Key Clubbers from across the Bay Area!
Registration is now open, so please read over this entire email and fill out the RSVP form ASAP. Attendance is encouraged for all members and STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all officers and Division Leadership Team members.
WHEN: Saturday, June 21 from 12pm - 4pm
Lunch & snacks included with the registration fee!
WHERE: Pioneer High School (1290 Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA 95118)
WHO: All Key Clubbers and advisors from Divisions 12 (E,S,W); 34 (N,C,S); and 43

WHAT:
What is KCTC? Key Club Training Conference (KCTC) is an annual event hosted by Region 17 and is open to all members and officers of Divisions 12E, 12S, 12W, 34C, 34N, 34S, and 43! At KCTC, Key Clubbers can attend informational workshops, participate in fun activities, and meet new people from across the region! Members and officers will be trained on how they can better serve their homes, schools, and communities, as well as enhance their own Key Club experience.
What to expect: This year's theme is [Pokemon Theme]! We will have workshops for specific officer positions and round robin presentations with topics for each officer position to things like Organization & Burnout to Awards & Recognition. Attire: Wear your Key Club shirt or BLUE, our division color!
