I hope your New Year is going well! With the start of the new year is also new awards. Below you will find information on applying to Division and District awards. I also highly encourage you all to apply to the division judging committee to get involved on the division in a low-commital way!
Division Judging Committee
Want to get more involved with the division? Apply for the Divison Judging Contest. On this committee, you will help recognize members for their hard work throughout the term. You do not need to be an officer and I ENCOURAGE members and non-officers to apply! This committee is low-commitment and a great way to get involved.
Requirements:
- Must be a dues-paid member
- Must remain fair and unbiased
- Not allowed under any circumstance to share information from the judging process
- Must be free on February 3rd from 5-6 pm
Contests
For both contests, you MUST be a dues-paid member. Make sure to check with your president or secretary to ensure your status.
Division-Judged Contests
District-Judged Contests are judged by the Division Judging Committee. To submit your application, please email your submission to d12e...@cnhkeyclub.org with the subject line: Contest Title | Name (ex. Member of the Year | Esha Bansiya). Divisions, Officers, and Members are able (and encouraged) to apply for these contests! Contests are due on Feb 1st at 11:59pm.
The winning portfolios on the division level are then chosen to be recognized at DCON 2024!

District-Judged Contests
District-Judged Contests are judged by the Member Recognition Committee and the District Judging Committee. Applications for this committee will be released in the near future. Portfolios will be submitted to the District MR Google Classroom; applicants will have to request permission to join the Google Classroom(s). Divisions, Officers, and Members are able (and encouraged) to apply for these contests! The due date for these contests are clearly outlined in these guidelines; the District will not accept any late portfolio submissions.
