Conclave
Get ready to elect the next Division 12 East Lieutenant Governor at Conclave 2026! Tentatively set for February 8th, come witness the future of our division by watching or taking part in Conclave. Interested in being a delegate and voting? Contact your club president! Note that delegates must be dues-paid members in good standing, preferably not a senior, and that each club is limited to TWO delegates.
DIVISION CONTESTS
Apply for a division contest today! Division contests are separate and different from District judged contests, received by your Lt. Governor and judged by a division’s very own judging committee. The contests available are: Club Attire, Most Improved Club, Advisor of the Year, and Member of the Year!
Individual members will only be able to apply for the Member of the Year contest. If you are interested in assisting your club in applying for club contests please let your club officers know!
Each division will have their own unique submission deadline, and the Division 12 East contest deadline this year will be January 21st @ 6PM! This is a STRICT deadline and no exceptions will be made. You can find the rubrics and guidelines at cnhkeyclub.org/recognition/contests or at cnhkeyclub.org > Recognition > Contests.
For any questions, comments, or concerns about division contests or judging committee, contact our EA of Secretary and Member Recognition Sairishitha Gangi at d12...@gmail.com!

District Convention, or DCON for short, is one of our largest district events to celebrate the start and end of our Key Club term, elect the new district executives, and meet Key Clubbers from all over the district. It’s an opportunity you DON’T want to miss out on!
Registration will be opening in January (On-time registration is $250, late registration is $375 - both not including hotel or transportation costs) so be sure to keep your eyes peeled! Talk to your club officers if you are interested in attending and there will also be a variety of opportunities available at DCON as well - either being a workshop presenter or on the Creative Media Team.
We hope to see YOU at District Convention 2026!
Speaking of being a workshop presenter at DCON...applications to be a workshop presenter are now open! Note that you can apply together with up to three other people if you want to present with your friends or fellow officers.
If you are interested in being a presenter of one of the many workshops taking place at convention this year, then this application is for you!
