CANDIDATE TRAINING CONFERENCE

Interested in the role of Lt. Governor? Are you hesitant to consider running for Lt. Governor because you do not know much about what the position encompasses? Do you have questions you need to be answered before you decide to run?

Luckily for you, our annual Lt. Governor Candidate Training Conference (CTC) is near! Learn about the role, the duties and responsibilities, and the district policies on election processes. Most importantly, you will be able to receive tips and strategies for a successful campaign and year as a potential candidate from current Lt. Governors!

Register by completing the Region 9, 15, & 17 Candidate Training Conference Registration Form HERE or at tinyurl.com/huntrix-tc2025. Registration will close promptly on Sunday, December 7th, 2025 at 11:00PM! Make sure to also contact Lt. Governor Ashley Wang (d12e...@cnhkeyclub.org) to state your intended attendance.

DIVISION CONTESTS + JUDGING COMMITTEE

Apply for a division contest today! Division contests are separate and different from District judged contests, received by your Lt. Governor and judged by a division’s very own judging committee. The contests available are: Club Attire, Most Improved Club, Advisor of the Year, and Member of the Year!

Each division will have their own unique submission deadline, and the Division 12 East contest deadline this year will be January 21st @ 6PM! This is a STRICT deadline and no exceptions will be made. You can find the rubrics and guidelines at cnhkeyclub.org/recognition/contests or at cnhkeyclub.org > Recognition > Contests.

Additionally, applications for our very own Division Judging Committee will be released in late December and due following winter break! Applicants must be dues paid and available on the evening/night of Saturday, January 24th for judging. Be on the lookout for applications releasing and we look forward to potentially working with you!

For any questions, comments, or concerns about division contests or judging committee, contact our EA of Secretary and Member Recognition Sairishitha Gangi at d12...@gmail.com

District Convention 2026

Cali-Nev-Ha’s annual District Convention is coming up from April 10th-12th! District Convention, or DCON for short, is one of our largest district events to celebrate the start and end of our Key Club term, elect the new district executives, and meet Key Clubbers from all over the district. It’s an opportunity you DON’T want to miss out on!

Registration will be opening in January (On-time registration is $250, late registration is $375 - both not including hotel or transportation costs) so be sure to keep your eyes peeled! Talk to your club officers if you are interested in attending and there will also be a variety of opportunities available at DCON as well - either being a workshop presenter or on the Creative Media Team.

We hope to see YOU at District Convention 2026!

CONCLUSION:

If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me here through email (d12e...@cnhkeyclub.org) or through Instagram (@ashlywng_). I look forward to seeing you all at our upcoming events!
