Hello Region 17 Royals!
The Lieutenant Governors of Divisions 12, 34, and 43 are thrilled to invite YOU to this year’s Key Club Training Conference: Royals in Wonderland! Come join us on Saturday, June 29th to learn more about Key Club through fun activities and to meet Key Clubbers from across the Bay Area!
Registration is now open, so please read over this entire email and fill out the RSVP form ASAP. Attendance is encouraged for all members and REQUIRED for all officers and Division Leadership Team members.

Event Details
When: Saturday, June 29th | 12:00pm to 4:00pm (lunch & snacks provided)
Where: Independence High School Student Union | 629 N Jackson Ave, San Jose, CA 95133
Who: All Key Clubbers and Advisors from Divisions 12, 34, and 43
Attire: Key Club Casual (wear your division t-shirt if you have one, but if not, please wear your division colors!)
Registration Fee (includes lunch): $5 (cash at the door)
What is KCTC?
Key Club Training Conference (KCTC) is an annual event hosted by Region 17 and is open to all members and officers of Divisions 12E, 12S, 12W, 34C, 34N, 34S, and 43. At KCTC, Key Clubbers are given the opportunity to attend informational workshops, participate in fun activities, and meet new people. Members and officers will be trained on how they can better serve their homes, schools, and communities, as well as enhance their own Key Club experience! All divisions will also host their June DCMs at KCTC.
What to Expect
This year, the theme for KCTC will be Royals in Wonderland! We will have workshops for specific officer positions and round robin presentations with topics ranging from Rizz to Safekey. How to Register
Please register using the form found HERE or at https://tinyurl.com/kctcwonderland by Saturday, June 22nd. Every attendee must fill out the registration form so that we can get an accurate headcount for food.
The $5.00 registration fee must be paid at the event. We will only be accepting cash, so please be prepared to bring the full registration fee on Saturday, June 29th!
