I hope you’ve all been having an amazing 2026 so far! As we turn towards the final months of the term, take this time to reflect on how far you’ve come or the amazing memories you’ve made with your club or our division. I can’t believe we’re almost at the end, so be sure to push through what’s remaining of the 2025-2026 term with all you’ve got!

CONCLAVE + FEBRUARY DCM:
Our Conclave & February DCM is set tentatively for Sunday, February 8th from 9 AM-12PM at Irvington High School! We will also be holding our February DCM during this time.
For those of you who don’t know, Conclave is where we elect the next Lieutenant Governors! Our Conclave will be held with Divisions 12 South and 12 West meaning you might get to witness the election of the Division 12 LTGs…!
If you are interested in attending or voting as a delegate please contact your club presidents as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that each club will be limited to TWO delegates with an additional 5 attendees per club!
Be sure to pull up and help UNLOCK Division 12 East’s new DESTINY 😉😉
MEMBER RECOGNITION PROGRAM REMINDERS:
This is a reminder to all officers and members alike that the FINAL DAY to qualify for any level of the CNH Member Recognition Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is January 31st.
This means you MUST have a minimum of 50 service hours along with other requirements met (ex: division events attended, committee positions held, etc.) by the end of January recorded in your respective club’s monthly report forms to qualify. Any service hours or events attended after January 31st will not count towards your MRP status.

Sign up to help us volunteer at the annual Lunar New Year Lantern Blessing Festival, hosted by Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley on February 21 and 22. There are various shifts available between 11AM and 5PM on both days so make sure to check the sign up link below for more information!

DIVISION GOAL UPDATE:
Our division goal progress for month are as follows (last updated early January from secretary submissions):
3,857.8 / 6,500 hours (59.35%)
$2,073.38 /$2,500 for PTP/YES! (82.94%)
194 / 270 dues-paid members (71.85%)
BEE sure to help us reach our goals by staying an active member and officer! I am super excited to see what we will accomplish together in the last few months of the term.

District Convention 2026
Cali-Nev-Ha’s annual District Convention is coming up from April 10th-12th at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento! District Convention, or DCON for short, is one of our largest district events to celebrate the start and end of our Key Club term, elect the new district executives, and meet Key Clubbers from all over the district. It’s an opportunity you DON’T want to miss out on!
Registration is open NOW with the on-time registration of $250 due on March 6th and the late registration of $375 due March 18th! If you are even just a little bit interested, please let your club president know AND fill out our division DCON interest form HERE or at tinyurl.com/d12edcon26.
